    I recently delivered to Kroger in west Phoenix and thought I'd share the timeline.
    Arrived gate: 16:39 for 18:00 appt.
    Got a door: 19:30
    Red light: 20:15
    Green: 21:22
    Picked up Bill's and out the gate 21:45
    It seems they've gotten better.
