I have been thinking about developing a logbook app for iPhone, iPad and Android devices. What apps are folks using now, and how do you deal with getting printed log pages out of your particular setup? What features would you like to see that might be missing from existing apps? Just curious about the real need for a good quality app. I used to run straight trucks for haz waste companies (class B CDL with HM endorsement) all over the southern U.S. for about ten years, and remember hating all the paper logs/inspections/trip report mess. Sometimes we would have 20+ manifests on board, and the remarks section got real crowded! I appreciate any opinions you want to share, thanks!

When I had my iphone, I used Mobile Warrior. Only way to print was to go to their website where your stuff is stored (for a monthly fee).

Now I use Eclipse on my laptop and print right in the truck. It's a great program.

    Dieselboss Thanks this.
