Hi I'm trying to decide which company too work for and could use some help making a decision. The 2 company's I am considering are Schneider's tanker division out of Indianapolis Indiana and Knight Transports Refrigerated Division out of Columbus OH. Knight Refrigerated's Terminal is 10 miles from where I live on the south side of Columbus OH. anyways I am a student on my last week of training for Roadmaster Drivers School and will test for my cdl this coming friday. I have all endorsments including hazmat ready to go for when I buy my cdl. I don't really care about how long I'm out and I am mainly looking for otr and have no restrictions really whatsoever (I'm 22 and single with nothing to tie me to one place). Anyways I really would like input on both company's and what to expect but both seem great too start out with but I'm looking for input on both if possible because I just cant make up my mind.
tell me, what was your impression of the recruiters who gave their presentations? I too graduated from Roadmaster in Columbus.
