Recently i posted a resume on career builder. I've contacted twice now by rwi. I know who they are n what they do.
But no clue as to wether they're worth fooling with.
I've got 15 yrs. Ep. The last 4 as an o/o.
Can anyone give me a heads up?

I wouldn't waste my time or money. I have seen that they don't take care of their trailers, so why would i want to lease my truck to them?

admittedly, my info is about 7 years old, but we left orientation on the last day. The lied, there office staff was incompetent, and totally unaware of DOT rules. I spent every day in there arguing with the orientation people because they were just plain wrong on a lot of things. Back then it was not as big a deal as it is today with CSA 2010 coming, but the people in the office should at least adequately understand any laws and rules to scan logs in etc.

And back then they didn't pay for reefer fuel either.

Like the others said, no way Jose. I would not go there either, you don't get a second chance in my life.

Trust me when I say STAY AWAY ...I was there 2yrs ago ( still got a couple friends there now) and its still the same run you to cali and then load you back to cincy area then set days waiting on outbound ...Treat you as A COMPANY DRIVER ( take this load or else ) dispatch tells you to run hard then saftey comes down hard on you ...You will pay for reefer fuel all tolls and anything else they can think of trailer damage tires reefer ...If you do go there beware and CYA all the time ..They will want your truck in tip top shape but not so much on them keeping there trailers up and dont pay detention ...SET 20 hrs getting loaded and still want you back east in 2 days ..I was there from jan 08 to apr 08 .I hope this helps you

We left in July they pay for reffer now but take about 10 cents off ##
el surcharge. A lot of people have left or been fired. They have a new safty guy.
We left because of the problems with the time we had to wait at the yard.
They have new trailers now for CA. We did not have a problem with dispatch just
Could not play nice. We did make driver of the month they give gift cards to walmart. Good
    Luck. Hope it helps

You will sit like the aforementioned stated, also you will have troubles with the safety dept(dispatch says run and safety says run by the rules) and dispatch, you will be lied too, they do shave on fsc, shave on detention, just be careful. There are better options out there!!
