I am employed as a Family Care Coordinator for a Trucking Company in Holland Michigan. I grew up the daughter of a truckdriver. Went to college for business and social work. I worked in the business world for 20+ years and have enjoyed this opportunity to put life training to work for the families of our truckdrivers and empoloyees. I bring meals to wives who have had surgery, visit the sick, encourage the weak, network for any and every question out there. I simply want to help my people find places like this to gain some new understandings and helpful hints.
I am working as a Family Care Coordinator for a Trucking Company in Michigan. I am looking for healthy food choices for trucker's to take on the roads. What about crockpot cooking safely while going down the road? What about diabetes sensitive meals? I am doing a teaching for the trucker's wives on how to pack healthy, nutritious, new ideas for their husbands and am looking for new ideas. Thanks to everyone who has an idea!
