Simply looking for other people who are interested in getting there cdl and possibly team driving. I currently am considering Celadon and Crst's company sponsored cdl programs.
Once you're with a company they will help you find a running mate... 2 drivers and only 1 truck payment is a business win! When I ran team our office had a request board for people looking for matches, helps you find a good fit. I'm a nonsmoker and prefer running night, so I always could find a partner easily.
Yeah what I've noticed a lot of people getting teamed with random people and it not working, I personally would like to find someone that's ready to really put the work in make some sacrifices at times to stay on the road etc. just want to find someone that has a good work ethic before I get stuck with someone that complains and nags about situations rather then trying to overcome it
