Went to IL DMV to today, had MVR pulled DUI from 1996 was not on there, but my FLA DUI was. Showed five year revocation due to second dui under two years apart from first dui, but still had two DUI's on record now I have one. I'm not sure if I got some sort of supervision at the age of 18 for the first DUI or not. Maybe that's why its not on there. Any thoughts..
Don't volunteer any information but never lie if asked. That is to someone that is asking for a reason. You don't need to tell anyone your business if it's just idle talk.
Sounds like like that MVR report just goes back 15 years....Most trucking companies will not look back father than that, if that far.
Come to find out, I forgot I received court supervision, which can only happen once in a lifetime for your first DUI and it is no longer on my MVR. I also have a copy of my last background check which my current employer done on me and my 1996 DUI is not on there. My second one which was in Florida is but not my first.
