Any ideas on how to fix this or what it is? It looks as if there’s a bolt missing, but looking next to it there’s a similar fixture with only one bolt.

My first step is to tighten the bolt up some and see if that’s the issue. Any other ideas? Thanks

Looks like it is leaking from the piston cooling nozzle o-ring. Should be able to remove that bolt and the nozzle comes out. Replace the o-ring that seals it to the block and reinstall.

Edit: upon closer inspection it looks like it leaking from farther up and dripping onto where that cooling nozzle is. Looks like a steady leak, you should spray the area off with br aka cleaner and let it run while watching the area.

I agree, piston cooling nozzle. That motor needs a good steam cleaning. If you look at the one behind it with all the dirt stuck to it, might as well reseal them all.

It does need some cleaning, but I think the drip above it is water from the a/c

The turbo oil drain line fitting is right above that nozzle. Just make sure it's not coming from that. I think that's what he meant. Hard to tell cuz of the angle of the photo.

Piston cooling nozzle. Dont be cheap and just change the o ring. The nozzles are plastic and get brittle over time. They cost less than 15 bucks each, do all 6.
