I'm sure JJD will let you know the good, bad and ugly about shops in that area when he reads this thread.

There's one in Royce City Mr.G's (I think that was the name) right behind a BBQ place, but the guy has weird hours, if he's even still open...been a few years since I been there.

Closer to Dallas...Jim's CB Shop is on I-45 in Ennis, exit 249, and is very good with repairs...I think he even offers "loaners" while yours is in the shop, if you have to leave it! 972-878-0951

Closer to Fort Worth off I-20 there's Kilgores who is also very good, I can't remember exactly the exit, but his phone number is 817-478-2111

Also in the Dallas area off Loop 12 in Irving is Ike's CB Shop...Loop 12 exit Irving BLVD. one block east on the corner of Irving blvd. and Wildwood. 972-201-7869...

I don't get out east much anymore on I-30 so there maybe more going east, but not sure...

Biggest CB Store in the Country tho if you ever go east on I-20, is CB City in Tyler...WELL WORTH GOING OUT OF THE WAY TO VISIT!

CB City is like no other CB Store you will ever go into. They have without a doubt the largest selection of CB Radios in stock, and sitting out on shelfs to look at, than you will ever see anywhere else...Same go's for antenna's and all the accessory's you can think of! 1-903-526-7838

FYI...There is a CB Shop off I-20 near the TA and Flying J Truck stops (exit 470-472)that advertises on channel 19 all the time over in a truck plaza behind Kenworth that I would avoid like the plague...same go's for the one inside the Adams Chrome Shop in the same area...
