hi, I'm thinking of going to prime as my second company, the only thing I'm unsure of is weatherto be company or try out being a lease op, if anyone currently works for prime please let me know, on average for lease drivers, what can I see as a pay check or as a company driver what could I expect to see as my pay. Thanks

Go Company, I worked there for 3 years as a company driver in both the flatbed and reefer side and had a decent experience there. Had a good fleet manager that ran me and was very Honest. I made money and never had a problem paying my bills with them.

The only reason not to go company is the equipment. Smaller, beat up trucks is what you get. Until you decide to train, then you get a full condo. If you must go company, the lightweight International has much more room.
