I just graduated from truck driving school in OH, and have received a few pre-hires from Schneider, Roehl, Werner, and Crete Carriers. Which one do you think is the best company to work for. I am looking for the following:

    -more home time
    -good health insurance
    -good equipment
    -reasonable pay per mile
    -good training program
If anyone has any information to share, please post!:biggrin_25525:

Find one that pays is all I can say.
I am surprised to hear how so many new drivers are
excited to be making .28 to .32 cpm nowadays.
And with no breakdown or detention pay.
Leave all that for the refugees and find
something that pays a good rate.
