need help with IFTA invoce

    Hi everyone, I've never done IFTA myself and i cant tell for sure, but seems like this isn't right.

    For Q1 IFTA 2015
    IFTA Q1 2015IL $201.73
    AR. $50.00
    KS. $50.00
    KY. $0.00
    NM. $0.00
    NY. $51.76
    Fee. $100.00
    TOTAL. $453.49

    This the statement i received from company I'm leased to. IL lane includes other 19 states that I've traveled throgh. But i havent been to AR or KY that quarter and still i have charge for it, and also NY is charged twice once here and once with other states.
    Can anyone tell me if this makes sence?

    Your statement should read Mi. trav. Gal. bought in each state,you will be charged if different, looks like you are paying a fleet charge back? It would be in your best $ to buy your own IFTA acc. and poss. save 1000$ this year.

    I've recevied statement (i think its called return right?) that shows detailed brakedown of miles traveled through each state/galons used. And it equals to that first IL lane and comes to $201.73 and this are the charges on top of that and thats what bothers me...
    i don't understand what are those other charges for?

    My guess is they are charging you because they are greedy and want your money. It's highway robbery they are charging you $100 fee / quarter to do the IFTA to begin with, but it looks like they slapped in a couple fake $50 amounts as well. It would just be very odd for there ever to be two that come to 50 even, and you said yourself you didn't drive there.

    This is what actual IFTA statement/refund looks like and those other charges are something separate. Its something that they charging me on top of that

    You should bring it to (their) ATT. that you have found some charges that you do not owe and see if the 100 fee is a yearly or Quar. charge?

    So you saying that those AR, KS and NY are shouldn't be there? And yes I'm going to bring it up once i know that it's not accurate.

    If you rec. a NY. HUT sticker from them that might be part the charge,but it looks like they hope that you do not read the IFTA bill and just pay it?
