Lookat this one, they hire recent grads:

    Navajo.com

Have a terminal in Chino, CA & others across the nation.
Your best money will be with a refrigerated carrier.
Looking at your list; Knight has a refrigerated division & Central Refrigerated has a good reputation.

The companies websites will give you the details on their equipment.

I contacted the recruiter today. He wants me to contact him a week before the class ends. Thanks for your suggestion.

The school is sponsored by Foodlink. Foodlink is a non-profit located in Sacramento that distributes food to the major food banks
throughout CA. The school is 18 wks (6wks classroom; 6wks truck/dock; 6wks delivering food to food banks).
The total cost for the school is less then $400 (license fees; physical; etc.). The students agree to volunteer
for six weeks to distribute food and assist in the warehouse in trade for the low cost. Go to foodlink.org for
    more information.
