Newbie and wanting to work for TMC

    Sure. Read the threads. Use the SEARCH function, search for TMC. All kinds of threads. All the information you want and more.

    I do know that they won't take you if you have open litigation on an injury, even if you've been cleared by your doctor. :(

    They wont take you..TMC is very strict on their hiring standards. Friend of mine has 6 months OTR after finishing school and they still wont take him. Hes still stuck with Swift. Tmc,,hang it up.

    TMC hires new grads with no experience on a regular basis. Yes, they have above-average hiring standards. Criminal records, points or tickets on a license, gaps in employment, appearance and physical shape are all determining factors. You must also have a passport, TWIC and HAZMAT endorsement. Anything preventing any of the aforementioned prerequisites and the company may not hire you. Nothing wrong with having high standards. In fact, more companies should increase their hiring standards.
