Not cool behavior by this driver. What are your thoughts?

That is a dead end for those like me who have deleted facebook forever and cannot be bothered with it.

Let's see what you can do to describe in your words what is not cool in some detail please.

 

It's a video of a Werner driver making a right hand turn, and as he completes the turn he throws a cup of water out the window into a car at the stoplight. The video is filmed by the driver who is hit with the cup.

 

Now that... is simple assault. (And battery) Should be called into the law as such.

He should be turned into the company as well.

 

I agree 100%.

 

I sent the video to their Facebook but I doubt they'll do anything since you can't get a clear view of the license plate or truck number. It appears to be one of their "O/O-L/P" drivers.

 

Things like that make us all look bad and gives the general public the wrong idea of who we really are.

 

If you knew the where, when and what time...

pick up the phone as a anoymous person and say I saw one of your trucks throw fluid into someone's car splashing over them.

Then state where, when, what time etc.

That should be enough to get them started.

 

I wasn't there and didn't witness it first hand. The video was uploaded about an hour ago and appeared on my timeline. My guess is it happened recently.
