Is the driver responsible for unloading?

Tell your company to lose the part about criminal background check and drug screen and I'm sure they will have the phone ringing off the hook with applicants.

Maybe it's like the farm hand job listed (Craigslist) in Ohio that made the news this week. Where they rob and kill the applicants. Hence, no takers to speak of. And the "job" remains open.

"Interested candidates should have a class-A cdl, min 2 years driving experience, clean MVR and must submit to a criminal background check & drug screen. Driver should also have a neat, clean appearance as well as a positive, team-player attitude!"

Not being a smart, but many drivers out here now don't posess more than one or two of those attributes, let alone all of them. Be patient, there are some out there. Just like women, all the good ones are taken, hehe.
