Currently a company driver hauling cans in the surrounding Atlanta area. I have 14 months of driving experience, 12 months of flatbed otr and 2 months of intermodal.
My tractor is a 1996 and is paid for ready to work. Just looking for advice on some other intermodal companies that will take older equipment.
So far I have spoken with hub group, universal logistics, cowan, xpo, and containport group.
Any insight is appreciated.
O/O in GA looking to lease on for intermodal work.

I know my number i just can't run my tractor to net $200 to $300 if i do that i might as well go work for a company an make $25hr with all the benefits an no headache but that just me.
-
$300 - 400 a day net is what im hearing.
-
That's not bad but not where i am at i would run for 3 to 400 net a day

Stay away from Containerport, they a waste of time. COWAN,not bad, just need to pay more.. Universal are cutting their rates,so you will be pulling cheap frieght..They are under cutting everybody.
