I've been in the funeral business for the last few years and did a little bit of trucking in ffe back in 09 but not much so this kind of a new start for me.

Thank you, I'm stressing about the agility test, if I can get past that then I think I'll be ok!

Don't stress about it. I am a 300 pound guy that was a cab driver before I went to Maverick, and I passed it fine. Even the 3 minutes on the stairmaster... although I was seeing spots at 2:30 LOL. If I can pass it, anyone can. Only reason I'm not still with Maverick is I decided to go O/O.

I'm mainly worried about the weights, I'm great at just bending down and picking up heavy things but squatting and lifting the right way, I'm not great at that. The other stuff I think I'm fine at.

A tip for good lifting technique I learned in the weight room is to look at a spot high on the wall in front of you. this will straighten your back out and help your form.
