I have not been around Volvo's so I need some advice. I'm looking at a 2001 Volvo 770, model VNL64T, Cummins N14 435 HP, clean, non-smoker owner-operator unit. Very low miles <300K. It has 370 rears with a 10 speed. How well can I expect this truck to hold up in general and
are there any specific things to watch out for?? Thanks in advance Jim

hmmm, not sure about that mileage, maybe it's 300k after overhaul?I drove 2001 770 but it was signature edition with ISX,18 speed and 600HP,best truck i ever drove.N14 is good engine,my friend has two of them with over 1 000 000 miles, still running good with no overhaul done yet
Happy Thanksgiving !!!! One of the best Volvo trucks/ Pre version2!!! Version -2 was too complicated. Really good truck was truck with '98 schematics but with "new" cab and hood, like Version 2. It is rare truck. Were made FH and VN only. I see sometimes in workshops.
