Hi guys i was thinking og heling my son in the next while to setup himself as a team. Trying to get as much info before hand. What can he expect to pay a one year only experienced driver as a team driver? And a veteran driver. he ll be haulling from quebec canada to southern states. Now i want him to pay a fair and just wage d.o.e. all rhe while have themselves a good wage to raise family all the while making his company profit. any experienced n level headed facts and info would immensely appreciated n valued. ps. I aint getting him into this blind. Been in plumbing,heating,water technology for past 37 yrs, and willl guide or help him through it thanks in advance
