owner/operator teamwages

    Hi guys
    i was thinking og heling my son in the next while to setup himself as a team. Trying to get as much info before hand. What can he expect to pay
    a one year only experienced driver as a team driver? And a veteran driver.
    he ll be haulling from quebec canada to southern states. Now i want him to pay a fair and just wage d.o.e. all rhe while have themselves a good wage to raise family all the while making his company profit.
    any experienced n level headed facts and info would immensely appreciated n valued.
    ps. I aint getting him into this blind. Been in plumbing,heating,water technology for past 37 yrs, and willl guide or help him through it

    Pay the same as most Canadian Companies pay their teams to start out ( check website for ERB Transport for an example of what they pay teams http://www.erbgroup.com/wagerates_inter_inc.php ) , a lot forget that the $ generated by the truck does not go solely to WAGES.
