I have been using Pandora Free for about 3 years now. It's limited to like 40 hours per month though free.

Since Monday, I have listened to about 28 hours of music though as I drive down the road with it connected to the AUX input on the radio.

It's only $36 per year for cheap entertainment.

Never have cared much to listen to talk radio.

So you hook it into your aux through the headphone jack? Just curious here.

yop, phone has a head phone jack that I plug into the AUX input on the radio.

    An added bonus,

I use Navigator app for more of the interstate and main road navigation to the major points on my route.

The voice comes across the stereo speakers that way.

Also, when the phone rings, the radio shuts off and puts it on pause and picks it up right where it left off on the song.

I just use the free iHeart radio app for smart phones with my unlimited data package and have a cord plugged into the phone headset jack and the AUX jack on the radio and listen.

Yeah, but you still need a laptop or smartphone. You're still using an cell phone account, and Pandora is only as good as the wireless signal you are getting.

Im not knocking Pandora, I actually like it. I have a paid Pandora account (its very cheap) that I use when im at home. The free Pandora account is just "ok" extremely limited.

My guess is were going to see a lot more Pandora type features in our radios in the future. Thumbs up, thumbs down that will let us skip songs were not interested in. Pretty much all of the upper tier head unit manufacturers already include Pandora these days.

pandora is cool. but still don't compare to sattellite.

and like tha above post mentions. it requires internet signal. and can use up your monthyly alotment.

satellite works everywhere and offers way more variety.

Doesn't compare to satellite? are you chitting me? The only failure with it is the fact you can lose strong cell signal, wait that happens with XM as well in some places. Personally I like being able to say "I hate this song" and know I will never have to listen to it again.

pandora is a program. with very liimited features.

and aren't you supposed to be driving instead of telling your phone you don't like the song.

oh wait, your a WANNABE trucker. so you get to sit home and eat up your internet

you don't like the songe you say no. if i don't like the song i switch channels. what's the difference.

and unless you have verizon. pandora will be more useless considering that other carriers don't have quite the coverage
