Help with please everyone that's worked here. This is my first trucking job period! Please assist with any helpful info from what to expect through training to hometime availability. It's the 30000 mile team up profitable or worthless? What s home time during and after training estimate?

All i can say is WATCH OUT FOR THE FUEL RATIO PERCENTILE...i was there for 6 weeks and got fired for being at 33%...They tell you where to fuel, which I have no problem with BUT there are cases where i would use common sense and manage the fuel, for instance they say go to stop 1 and fuel 100 gallons then go to stop 2 and fill up...now if stop 1 is 100 miles from where i currently am and I am full...it is going to be about 3/4 full...if i run the extra 300 miles it will be right around the 1/2 mark...

So does it not make sens to wait until you get to the 2nd fuelstop and just fill it? The price average is going to be almost exactly the same because you would be about the 1/2 full mark anyways...

For some reason they cannot understand common sense time managment and simple math

Other than that it is a semi decent company to work for...terminals are shabby, wireless kinda sucks, but i did make pretty good money/miles in 6 weeks time..PLUS i was allowed my dog on board which was very important...
