Won't be hard if you make enough phone calls and leave enough messages. Ignore any "experience required" and apply anyway.
The hard part is most companies won't hire you with charges pending if they know about it.
Did Schneider put this on your DAC report? www.hireright.com will show if they did or not.
Put some apps in because right now you haven't been convicted of anything, so you're record is clean.

If you're going to keep driving as a career choice than you need to part ways with Mary Jane forever, as her and your career are going to be a toxic mix and you'll always wind up the being the loser.

If you can't or won't part ways, flipping burgers and draining the oil from the French fries will be your only career choice.

Actually they drug test even for fast food jobs. Most people that smoke that beautiful natural herb have to just risk it, work under the table, or start their own businesses. I gave it up years ago but I think it's still less dangerous than alcohol, that omnipresent, VERY legal, vastly over consumed poison that destroys brains, livers, and ultimately lives...but I know that's off topic.

I think this instance is more about carelessness than anything else. I mean, who the heck takes those kinds of risks while going to school for a job that, even while in class, they emphasize that DOT is zero tolerance about all drugs, companies doubly so? It would be like drinking and driving on the way to truck driving school!!!

None-the-less, I'm a forgiving type, especially about drugs, so I hope the OP is able to get a job in trucking. But, if he can't stay away from marijuana long enough to go to school, his prospects for KEEPING a truck driving job are slim. Good luck.

So you're basically admitting that you are or were a marijuana dealer. So it wasn't just intent, but fact? You were dealing the bud to put yourself through school. Interesting, but if you're fighting this, I wouldn't go bragging about it anywhere. I use to score for friends and friends scored for me, but I never dealt. 7 grams is basically just one sales unit (a quarter in my day), if you will, but still high risk with a SCALE.
