Go get a judgement in court for that money, attach his future wages.

6000 dollars is too much of a loss.

Write him into DAC as unauthorized use of vehicle, 2000 miles.

Bill him for the fuel he burned.

Next time you have a problem driver, SHUT OFF HIS FUEL CARD. And if you don't have Qualcomm Tracking, put em on your trucks. For that much loss you could have it tracked and the Law can run it down if necessary.

    kemo5 Thanks this.

Go get your truck and wright off your losses.
You can get 10 judgments against him but you will never collect.

    Lesson learned, move on.

Bad idea, he has to hire a new driver where he wants the truck to be dumped in the future.

Heck of a business man here. Lets the driver disappear and drive 2,000 miles, then gets on an online forum to ask how to handle his business.

I don’t know if i need popcorn here? Am gonna watch a show or am i now part of the show? Feels like a punked episode.
