I'd have to say PTL because of what I've seen and heard of them at shippers I go to and use them . They have the poorest excuse for drivers I've ever seen .
But I have to ask you to explain the meaning of the FedEx Ground (Fleece) listing . There are some questionable contractors but FedEx Ground itself is far better than others on the list and does not "Fleece "

I'll go with England, From everything I have read I wouldn't Take a Job from them if they were the last outfit on the road. Plain Dishonest Company in every aspect.

Considering I have only driven for 1 company and been out here 1 year it's hard to evaluate worst/best. I will say all of them suck these days though.

sad thing is when the dust settles these will be the only companies left standing the way things are going. I hate Unions and don't want to join but when and if the day comes those 27 are all thats left the Industry will have to Organize accross the board, those guys have already proven share-cropping is their ideal form of labor.
