Truck sat for 2 weeks and tried to start it today with temperature of 9 degrees. Plugged it in for 3 hours or so and charged batteries and it started to crank and almost start then nothing. No lights no sounds no power nothing -- Turned key off and tried again completely dead not even a click. Checked all the fuses I am aware of (the ones visible on top of batteries, and the two different locations of fuses inside the cab in the center of dash one behind cup holder and one under where cb sits) Any advice?????????????????????
I would pull all batt. connections and clean them both the cables & batt. you might want to check the ground connection to the trucks frame and the cable at the starter to make sure they are clean and tight. Dave ----
