Progressive Transportation ( WAUSAU, WI )

Might anyone know anything about these guys? Good? Bad? Ugly? I've checked them on Safer, and still trying to research. They offer a lease deal, and awaiting the contract to review before making my decision. PLEASE, PLEASE, hold all the lease comments or arguments about leasing. I've done 2 leases before and ended both happy and satisfied with NO regrets. The financial part is on me to decide, however, they claim most loads are 25k lbs or less, and they haul alot in and out of jersey/vegas (yes, slots) and alot of trade show type freight. Was curious if anyone has had any doings with them.

Again, not trying to be "that guy" but I've done leases and have been happy with them. I know what to expect and the questions to ask the carrier, but we all know how that convo goes, lol.

Any info on these guys would be helpful!!

Did you lease on with them? I'm thinking about going there.

 

Tread carefully all is not as it seems.question everything. Long loads but way too much time to do them, a lot of manual labor involved when you have to strip the equipment out of the trailer for them to load it. Folding 200 pads in las Vegas heat in June is not fun . not saying its a bad company just know what you are signing up for, I am a former l/p driver

 

Trucks are old garbage don't come here even as a company driver,,I never set at more truckstops in my entire 24 years of otr,,it was a big mistake coming here ,,I'm quiting soon,,looking else were,,they don't ever answer the phones,,,they leave you hanging that's no bull sht OK,,,,don't believe me come here find out you can have my truck ,,,this company is a joke
