As a previous owner operator getting back into the game this also applies to new drivers becoming an o/o. What are the pros and cons of setting up your own loads compared to having it done for you by a courier contract?
I'm just starting doing my own loads biggest pain is probably the onboarding process, definitely feels easier just to let the company deal with that stuff
