Hey drivers had a question about psp records and mvr.. 1)can a company that doesn't use dac reports find out about your real job history and job dates as far as dac goes. 2)and is it more easy to get hired by a company that doesn't use dac reports but just uses the psp and mvr reports
To find out dates. A phone is generally used. Megas are about the only ones that use dac and psp. All others only care about your mvr. Mostly
Most companies that use hireright will automatically pull the DAC. Why would you need to lie about your job history?
Dac is the same thing as HireRight... PSP and MVR are totally separate....MVR through your state DMV records and PSP off the FMCSA website. Many of the smaller companies are now using a service for hiring drivers that DO check every thing including HireRight.....These are places like Fleet Services,People Lease, ect, and several more that do all the hiring paperwork and back ground checks. I had a small 10 truck company use places like that to have the driver checked out. Best thing to do is pull all the reports yourself so you know exactly what the perspective employer will see. The company I am with now have 1 truck and I'm the only driver. The back ground check they did on me was the most in depth of any company in my 32 year career. So you never know what any company large or small will check.
Thanks Regency Trans....I'm supposed to be getting a chrome bumper and visor for her soon.. I just finished adding LED markers down both sides. I think the chrome bumper like you have would look way better than the plastic.
