For some reason the main display says "driver : unidentified" but I'm the active driver anyone know why?

You need to sign in. Hit "view status" arrow down until it says Press '2' to sign on, '3' to sign off and then press the number 2. It will take you to a screen to input your driver id twice, and then ask you for your name

gotta use your social security number.. you only use your driver ID to log into and out of the Q-Hos.. and something to note, make sure the shop clears out your idle percentage.. and then log in and run, but dont idle.. if you want to idle, log out.. and idle under unidentified.. and it wont limit ya truck.. but if "unidentified" gets too high of a idle percent it'll cut the truck back reguardless.. to keep un identified from getting too high of a percent, when you go to log back in, it will say (**hr**min of uncredited time, assign time to driver Y or N). Only say yes when you know your idle percent is well below ten percent.. when you say yes, it'll give all of that idle time to your profile and you'll see your idle percent jump, but it's ok as long as you keep driving and not idling, cause every week or so it will automatically reset all of the numbers, fuel burnt, miles ran, mpg, idle, over idle, over speed.. all of that will reset and start over.

My QC says unidentified too. It doesn't mess with my logs, or my governor for that matter, so I quit worrying about it. It said "rob" when I got the truck so I logged him out.

Tried it that way....that works. Wound up leaving it as "unidentified" for now though. Will change it at a later time.
