Worst experience ever. They say 83% of load then you have to use only their brokers who go on a regular load board and double broker every load! Thats right they charge you an extra 20% just to and book a load with a broker off DAT load board. That is false advertising and just blatant lying and stealing. Its not even in the contract that they will double broker every load. Every person in my orientation left in three months. All the older drivers left after the new contract. They lost so many drivers so fast they had to call every driver every few days and ask them how they were doing. then they had a suggestion email to the VP. I suggested that the drivers contact the brokers directly and negotiate the rate that way roadrunner dosnt double broker us. They said they were getting lots of the same suggestion. I quit a week later.
