Security System Help and Suggestions

My father just had his two trucks tires slashed, he owns two 18 wheelers so that's 36 wheels he has to replace. We are trying to find a security system that can work day and night so he can have peace of mind. When he is away from his trucks possibly one with an app so he can monitor his driver's or when it's just parked check it on his phone. Thank you for any advice you can give this is my first time posting in a forum we are desperate.
