Does anyone has/had experience working for SRS as O/O ? I know they pay 80% with your own insurance and 72% if you use theirs..... is this a decent pay? I'm looking for something close to home a least for this winter.

I havent anything bad about them. Are they pulling out of the big yard on 5600 west? I see A LOT of junky tractors in there. I have though about it to. Be closer to home and you dont hear them crab much

When ever you haul Freight for % you loose because you can't control the rate they get to bid on cheap freight and live off volume and you get stuck with a rate that you can't live with.If you are going to utilize % then you need a smart contract with a minimum rate just to start the truck but they will not agree to that.

anytime you can't pick your loads. it's not a good deal.

there's supposed to be a law where you get to see the rate confirmation. but i have yet to hear of a company on this forum that says their company does that.
