Stay away from sames logistics also known as AKI

Sames logistics also known as AKI is a bad company I been with them 4 full weeks, only had got one positive check which was 289.00 was living off cash advance they can't find loads on weekends will have u sitting when I left they didn't even send me my last statement I'm taking them to court if any other drivers experience the same please get at me so we can do a class action lawsuit enough is enough

 

How much were the cash advances? More to the story?

 

For 4 full weeks all together I got bout 1300 all together it's nothing more to the story they taking driver money

 

Chicago based, lease purchase, yada, yada.

You're taking them to court for what?!!! I guess threatening to sue sounds better than actually suing.

 

U don't know the full situation u ever worked a full month n only got 1300 dollars and when u leave haven't got your last check so don't come with all that

I just went through the same thing with this company I last about 3 weeks. Their truck kept breaking down, which prevented me from making any real money the warning signs were there I just chose to stick it out in hopes of things getting better. I knew I was in trouble when I realized my dispatcher was is Serbia dispatching me. Suing them won’t do any good because they are not going to respond.
