Stir clear from cr england but if you feel your a vitcim or may become one read this

I totally agree with the people. I have fell a victim to this scam as well. I was a student in Nov-Dec 2012 and once I was done with my 20,000 mile training and waiting to go back out for my last 10,000 mile run I was never called back. Then I received a letter from the collection agency saying I owe 3,000 dollars for training. I never received a termination letteror anything from CR England which is very bad. I have consulted a lawyer now who said there can be a case but the only way he will do it and for free is if I am able to find other victims that were with this company. If anyone would like to participate and still have their documents and proof of what happened to them please feel free to email me your name, What happened, your email, and phone #. They need to be stopped with this scam of free tuiton if you work for them but they never hire you.Also for the people with leasing issues or any other issues lets put them to a stop and get your money back or credit repaired NOW! There is more but this is my first time posting and didn't want to waste my time if no one is listening. Once I finished my 20, 000 miles training I tried contacting cr england several times and even went down there 2 times and they kept saying they will call me when its time to complete my other 10, 000 miles. I never received a call or a letter and after 3 weeks I received a collection notice. So I'm filing a law suit against them and my lawyer says I have a good case and is offering free services to anyone else that hss been done wrong by cr england. You can look on ripoff.com and other sites that hsve lots of wrong doing and how msny others have lost money and time with this comany.

 

i am not sure what happened there. sounds to me like it is something with your trainer. I did run with CR england a few months but quit before i finished phase 2. Good luck they have tons of lawsuits against them. but then i only did the refresher with them and paid the 500 in one month. I know they make money off the leases not the freight. I told them i wouldnt lease so they did all the stuff to convince me so i finally quit knowing i wouldnt make money with them as company or lease. most the leases i knew finished owing money or broke even if lucky think i only met one or two that actually had anything when they left.

I'm not an advocate for OOIDA but their attorneys are experienced in dealing with carriers and would be a better choice for representation .

thank you guys alot for saving me a load of trouble bc I was looking into CR but not with several postings of what Ive read on this site.. I think I'll continue my search here in texas..
