In some Pilot fuel stations, after you slide your card and punch in the numbers for your truck number, hub meter, trip number, you dont need to hit enter or yes, it will automatically go to the next screen when your input is full, it just cant wait to get to the next screen, that's stupid because what if you accidentally entered the wrong number, and I did that once and I cancel it and I have to go through the entire process again, and what's even more stupid about it is that why is there a Enter/Yes button when it just automatically enter by itself?

    Anyone has experience with this?

Never had one not wait for confirmation(enter or yes). Maybe it's the card set up?

That's right, and if it is setup like it's going to save us some time and be convenient, then I'd rather not see that "You're eligible for fuel and go" message, then you have to press continue.

Have we officially ran out of things to complain about? You can save time doing it over by taking a few seconds to make sure you input everything correctly.

Never had that problem. Putting in the information isn't hard.

Have that problem with my present company. Will do that on trk and tlr #. Also, have 6 digit tlrs but will only input 5 of the digits. You learn to live with it. With all the other crap out here, this is only a very minor annoyance!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not with me,of coarse all Conway requires is slide ur card, then Truck #(Must match card),mileage and thats it,everything after mileage is optional

Only problem ive ever had at pilots it drivers that use like their keys to punch in info and sooner or later key pad is KAPUT

The new Pilot pumps are quick as goose-spit
