This carrier is terrible. They do nothing but lie and but customers in a bad situation. They have several Freight Guard Repots about fake breakdowns, disappearing acts and undelivered freight. I implore you to avoid them at all cost. Jessica and her team are full of nothing but liars and this company is a prime example of the deterioration of this industry. They can only improve by leaving the industry completely. To really improve, they can stop working with people in any capacity as they are what is wrong with society. Liars and scammers.
These types of companies need to be shut down. This will continue to hinder the success of brokers and carriers alike. There is no place for these types of companies in an already fractured industry. We need to work on moving away from deception and work towards healthy and mutually beneficial working relationships.

I take it the OP is a broker? If so, they had the rate so cheap only an unreliable company would take it? Is this a "get what you pay for" scenario? Inquiring minds want to know.

 

But, why but customer, i prefer regular customers without the but....

 

What did you expect? Old MC, and almost brand new DOT? They probably bought the MC here on TTR because they were running from their old one that they trashed.
