It would be helpful to know the exact problem and what you have done to try and correct it,eg: is the usb plug in the unit loose,if so it may have broken away from the motherboard,is the plug on the cable loose in the plug on the unit, have you tried gently squeezing it to make it fit tighter, have you tried a new cable and make sure the power supply is adequate min 2amps at 5 volts. On the usb connecter there are 5 pins, the one on each end supply the power, make sure they are not bent.If the usb plug on the unit is loose inside the unit you will prob need to send it away for repairs.
Hope this helps.

My two month old 730 just went, no power on and not charging.

Same here

Any word on an update to the tablets?
-
The 730 keeps crashing on me at random times while driving. I hear that ding then pops up the message with the tiny little "OK" box that I need to click before it will automatically reroute. That little tiny box I need to click is a pain while driving. I have it completely updated.
"Application Navi.exe encountered a serious error and must shut down."
I noticed that it only happens when in truck mode, once every couple hours it seems. When set to car mode I never get the error message.Last edited: Jul 3, 2016

Anyways, good luck with yours. -
I'm still getting the dreaded Navi.exe error and lock-ups on a daily basis. The Navi.exe always happens during start up at the beginning of the day and the lock-up is random. This is the 4th unit RM has sent me and is fresh out of warranty.
When I do a DD&R... settings.ini and zipcode usually show up as files that need repaired.Last edited: Jul 3, 2016
