If you updated you should be seeing them now.

Once updated, make sure you have Satellite coverage -

    Main screen/preferences/device/gps data

DOP <2 and at least 4 on the Used/seen

If you still do not see Travel centers let me know.

    Thanks,
    Mark

Nice way - After update power down the TND unit then disconnect.

You should do it this way to properly dismount a device. Although everyone including me just unplugs it. These are plug and play devices, but a clean dismount of the device causes less issues.

    THanks,
    Mark

    Main screen/preference/device/tutorial & tips.

Once he has internet, he can open the Dock and on the upper right is the manual. Open that and then save it to his computer. It is a PDF file and you can use CTRL f to do searches on key words.

    thanks,
    mark

Mile markers are on the map screen, bottom bar to the right.

What is your warning set for scales?

    Thanks,
    mark

You should go back to the latest Dock Version. You will not be able to get current updates on dock 63.

You should power the TND down before you disconnect from the computer - you are dismounting a plug and play device.

Connect the main TND to the Dock, do a backup (not full), then connect the TND you wish to move files to and do a Restore (not full). This will move all your users files to the 2nd TND.

    Thanks,
    Mark
