Been there and done that. DC cord powers and charges a different GPS with no issues. I bought another DC cord (2amp) and tried that as well. Same issue

I've done that. DC cord charges a different GPS with no issues at all. I even bought a different DC cord (2amp) and same issue. I've exhausted all possibilities (I think) before posting

Yes on AC charges and light goes green. Was unplugged after full charge (over 12 hrs) for about 5 hours before plugged into truck power

Still sounds like a DC issue. Both the AC and the DC use the same pins on USB port (1/5). It is 5vdc on the pins. Try this.. when you stop plug the DC cord into another outlet such as the bunk outlets and let it charge (TND off). The light should go green within 6-8 hours.

    Thanks,
    Mark

    Mark,

Can you pass me your email? Had one of those navi app errors and had to reboot the 720. I'm thinking you'll want the logs?

Can anyone please tell me if there is anything distinctive on the 720 cigarette lighter adapter? I can't tell from that picture. What happened is I'm moving and I got my Sirius adapter, phone adapter, and Rand adapter all mixed up and want to make sure I'm using the correct one. Thanks

I have a sun roof in my KW and get some glare on the screen. Went to RM site to order the hood for it. Says out of stock. Is this because it is out, or is it ecause won't fit the 720? If so are they gonna have more or make one to fit 720?
