    Swift will either file bankruptcy and rebrand or negotiate a settlement outside of court and end up screwing the drivers anyway.
    The best defense is not to work for these kind of people.

    Zipcode to zipcode miles, not actual miles is what Melton does. Drivers don't like it but it seems like the industry standard. Right?
