So I applied for a delivery route way up north and was called in for the interview at Baraboo location. I thought I was going to do a road test and was disappointed after I interviewed that it was not going to happen. Is that a bad sign or are they going to interview other guys then do the test?
I don't know Sysco's policies and procedures. I work for one of their competitors and it was two interviews and Physical Aptitude test (lift weights, do some stairs, run a little, etc) before I had a formal job offer. Including a little more than 2 weeks notice to my previous employer it took about 5 weeks beginning to end. I did the drive test the first day of orientation.
If I do get job offer after road test my employer doesn't deserve a notice other than this was my last day. Thanks for reply
