The key to running team here is to get your ranking up as fast as possible and get a reputation for being reliable. My boyfriend and I are O/O flatbed team, but we're not shy about pulling box freight if that's where the money is vs sitting when flats go slower. Get on the 747 division if you can, that's where the team miles are.

747 is by definition team. All teams are supposed to be 747. I ran with a friend of mine for 3 weeks out of Lathrop to get the miles I needed to qualify for O/O .... we made only one trip down the I5. Ran mostly the 80 and the 40.
