    To be fair, the pretrip checklist does not have anything about car wedgies. Everything on the tractor and trailer seem to be working correctly. Now he may have a problem being overweight at the scales…

    Is it the truck driver that doesn’t belong having a cdl? Or is it the car driver doesn’t belong having a license? Some days I think I’m crazy enough to just keep driving when idiots texting and driving put them selves in that situation. I’ll bet there’s a big possibility that person was too busy sending out a text or looking at Facebook to see if it was safe to merge. It wasn’t until the driver was under the trailer that they decided to put down the phone. Truck driver was probably like f.em I gotta get this load to its destination
