Thinking about owning my own dump truck.

Hello everyone!
I've been driving trucks for about 6 years now. I'm thinking about buying and owning my own dump truck. I'm trying to get a better understanding of what I need to do/ how I need to do it. I have a few friends of mine who are ready to do the same. We have been doing our research and we think its best to sub contract out with our local Apac company so we can have steady work. Any advice on subcontracting out and best companies to go with would be greatly appreciated.

This hasn't been the greatest construction season . And I wouldn't expect next year to be all that great either.
