Pumps are broken but I'm in a fix and I need enough to get over the hill.

I'm holding out for 60 gallons, I've been here for 90 minutes and I've only got about 37.

Guy in the next lane is stone dry and he's trying to get enough to get up the street to the Pilot.

I'm amazed someone hasn't come out yet.

lay the pump nozzle on the level ground for about 5 mins to vent the lines, then try again

    Update:

After talking to other drivers here and the janitor (who admitted they KNEW about the issue going on a few days now) since I've nothing better to do for the next hour or so, I called the WV Department of Weights & Measures.

I timed the pumps at a rate of .21 gpm (I think household water is 0.3) and told the Dept of W&M that if their negligent about how their pumps are flowing you have to call into question their accuracy too and they should come on down and give them a nice audit.

Your gonna have to siphon some out. Will only take about 20 min sucking on the nozzle.

Typically fuel pumps go into "limp mode" when the pressure check fails on startup. The system thinks there's a leak and won't do full pressure.

Probably the leak detector system has gone haywire. Whomever has their service contract doesn't care or can't figure it out, and certainly TA corporate doesn't care. It used to be a franchise location, if it still is that would account for the poor customer service.
