This company does not deserve to be in business! The owner Andy Blakemore is less than friendly & treats employees with absolutely no respect! I went over the road for 2 weeks, did everything right, was on time for pick up & delivery & now he tells me he doesn't have time to cut me a paycheck. Verbally assaults me & when I go to pick up a paycheck, the owner, his father, & 2 others surrounded me as if they were going to attack me. I had to call local authorities so I could get my personal belongings out of the truck. Authorities said this isn't the 1st time they've had to deal with the same kind of situation with this company. I don't know if I'll get my money from them, but want to keep it from happening to anyone else! They also post an add on Craigslist every couple of weeks.

 

If that's what really happened, lawyer up. With prior conduct established by the police, sounds like a slam dunk.

 

People like that should be prevented from ever operating a business again..thieves

 

I agree.The owner don't have time to make him out a pay check,wonder how he would feel if the customers said the same thing.

 

One day that A-hole will pull that crap on the wrong person. May end in a bad way.

Unfortunately, Andy is a spoiled piece of trash, His daddy picks all of his messes and Andy treats drivers like they are the dirt stuck on his shoes. I worked here for over a year and was constantly treated poorly, when I finally quit, they didn't pay me for over 2000$ In wages. I took him to court and he was ordered to pay, and a year and a half later I still have yet to receive my money. Next step is putting a lean on his business, I haven't decided!

What county did you file in? weld or Adams? Because I'm trying to find as much information on it for when I take him to court for the same situation
