First year with TMC with no prior experience, I'm set to gross 73k, home every weekend but one that I volunteered to stay out (good load) usually 48-52 hours. TMC has very little seniority benefits, it's purely meritocracy. The harder you work the more you make.
When do benefits kick-in, including medical and 401(k) deductions? Is there a company match? If so, what percentage, up to what maximum each year? When they say "full benefits right away after the first year" it has to be either be 'right away' or 'after the first year.' Kind of a slick play on words, is it not? It's like they're saying, 'put in a year, then it's right away after that,' not 'right away after getting hired.'
Your health benefits start right away, and will be deducted from your check weekly (they are not great benefits IMO, but fine if you're single. Bring a +1 to the party and WHEW...I'm glad I'm single). There is a 401k plan and match (3%) that starts at 6 months of service.
What part? I'm guessing the money part? Well, I'm set to make 78k my first year, but I'm not home on weekends ever, as the truck is my home. No, we're not sharing pay stubs on here.
$1812.45 this week (for last weeks 3 loads). Next Friday should be just over $2k for this weeks 3 loads.
I'd imagine as long as I keep making OTD, the load planners and my FM will keep feeding me the money since it's mutually beneficial for all of us. Last years top rookie grossed 80k. I should easily clear that...or so is the plan.
