While I have on desire to do this right now, both the school and one of the recruiters told me that "if OTR isn't for you, you could move into a desk job in the company, like dispatcher." While I have no desire to do this, I might feel different in a couple of years. Has anyone done this? and is it a decent job to go into? Or is this just recruiter hype?
