Need a DAC page for this company(ies) Warning: Bad company would be my review. They will terminate you without any notice/ write-ups or thought. Mostly they want drivers who average 2800+/week even after time off. Most drivers I have talked to about this company claim they are never paid finally money owed or are deducted huge amounts from check. IE tires truck not detailed, damages whether it was or not before you got it. If you quit they like to try to dock you $50/ day for 30 days or $1500 for not giving a notice. If they still owe money they like to keep they money and say it can't be paid without the court ordering it, or they will send you out a check when Meredith approves it. I have heard many excuses in the office or talking to other ex-drivers but havent yet met one that feels they don't owe them $$$. Personally I also think that for the requirements that they have to hire you they dont pay very well either. 2 years experience 3 tickets 1 accident max.in 5 years. If your a O/O or Lease Operator they also keep 30% of the FSC or pay you $1.15/mile with the 1st 100 miles of deadhead being free. They also deduct $100/week for each of maintance, performance and plate bonds. Insurance is reasonable at $246/ mo deducted 1st paycheck of each month. Plates are $1700/ year. Company drivers are paid year 1 - .40/mile but .10/mile goes towards down payment of your truck. year 2 and on .30/mile which is amazingly what you actually make during year 1. You get no paid vacations or holidays Both Detention time or layover pay is like pulling teeth without novacain. Painful. They use brokers and don't want to "upset them by asking for detention". They overall would not be a company that i would recommend to anyone. Also they have bounced my payroll check twice.
